4. Reservations are subject to availability and prior confirmation from The Unit Serviced Apartments.

5. This offer cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

6. This offer is non-transferrable to other tenant and non-refundable.

7. The Unit Serviced Apartments reserve the right to alter or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

8. Any existing tenant which is a corporation is NOT eligible for this program.

10. In case of dispute, the decision of The Unit Serviced Apartments shall be final.
