Giving away old toys and clothes can not only help them learn to share, but is also a good way to raise their environmental awareness! While sorting and organizing, kids can reflect on which items are necessary and learn to let go of things they are fond of. They can also sharpen their persuasion and negotiation skills when bartering with other kids. Donating their sale profits can also teach them the joy of giving.
