The remarkable journey will then be accomplished by an immersive and interactive fine-dining-in-a-story experience in which the diners can decide their fate in an aurora-searching story through mind quizzes, perfect for soulmates seeking a unique festive adventure.
Four curated sceneries for aurora seekers with the debut of Aurora Lab
Aurora Lab makes its debut in Hong Kong at the sky garden of the Southside landmark, the pulse, with ten Arctic-styled triangular huts full of festive decorations, offering “Arctic” and “Aurora” two sessions to the aurora seekers. Inside the secluded huts, diners can create their unforgettably romantic stories with five picturesque sceneries as the backdrop:
Glass-igloo-inspired Triangular Huts
Inspired by the glass igloos in Finland, the ten individual triangular huts are where the aurora journey unfolds. When the sunset beam falls across the secluded huts, they will become semi-transparent and full of colours, creating a perfect vibe for lovers to be romantic or friends to have themselves an unique adventure.
The Unbeatable 180-degree panorama
Inarguably one of the best locations for sunset sea view in the city, the 5000-feet sky garden of the pulse is known for its unobstructed 180-degree panorama of the sea, never short of delightful breeze and waves. Lovers who opt for ‘Arctic experience’ will be able to witness the magic hour of the sunset, while the sky full of stars will greet the guests choosing ‘Aurora experience’ in the evening.

Complementing the romantic ambiance, whimsical snow will fall gently to create a magical photo moment that makes you and the loved ones having the real snowy Winter.
Once-in-a-life-time simulated Northern Light experience

The comprehensive experience at Aurora Lab would not be complete without the journey of taste. Dining experience sessions are available to the seekers of the northern light, in which they can choose from a four-course sunset ‘Arctic’ or evening “Aurora”.
For those who look for an upgraded experience, two add-on dishes, Red Prawn Angel Hair and Black Truffle Mushroom Risotto, are available at $280+10% each.
Immersive Fine-dining-in-a-story experience featuring a soul-seeking journey
Folklore has it that aurora was created when foxes ran amidst the snow, sweeping up snowflakes that shimmered under the moon. Inspired by the story, the team of Aurora Lab has curated an immersive fine dining experience by inviting guests to join the soul-seeking journey of a little fox.
A different story card will be presented at each course prepared by a team of gastronomic specialists. Through mind quizzes, an Aurora ambassador will lead the adventurers to open a puzzle box in the advent calendar, where unique stories of soul searching will be unfolded. The Nordic travellers can also visit The Moroccan Moment (3/F, East Wing at the pulse) and show the result of the quizzes for a complimentary special Cocktail during the designated time to revisit the great moments of the journey.
